Authorizing additional features

To perform this operation, you need to refer to the authorization information in the My Esri portal or sent via e-mail by Esri Customer Service. For details on authorizing additional named user licenses, refer to the ArcGIS License Manager with ArcGIS Enterpise Useful Information and Best Practices topic.

  1. Launch ArcGIS License Server Administrator from Start > Programs > ArcGIS > License Server Administrator.
  2. Click Authorization in the table of contents.
  3. Select the version from the dropdown and click Authorize Now to launch Software Authorization Wizard.
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the authorization process and return to ArcGIS License Server Administrator.
NoteNote:

For named user licenses, select Named User in the dropdown in step 3. For ArcGIS CityEngine, select CE 2012-2024. For ArcGIS Pro concurrent use, select Pro 1.4-3.4.
